WAY REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS

"Excellent technical support from our Regional Sales Managers ..."

Let’s face it, Inheritance Tax mitigation (IHT) can be a dry old subject at times – even if it is critically important to both you and your clients. Add to that the fact that unless you are an IHT expert yourself, you will probably only see IHT cases a few times a year. It's at times like this you need someone who eats, drinks and sleeps IHT 24/7. WAY's experienced regional managers provide this service to you as part of their core activity.

"That’s why we are growing our regional presence now," said Eddie O’Gorman, UK Head of Sales & Marketing. "We have increased our regional presence in the past few months with new managers in London, the South East and the North East," he said. "And although they are officially called Regional Sales Managers, they are highly technically proficient in both investment strategies and inheritance tax mitigation."

"One area in which our regional managers can help IFAs is where in-depth technical information is required by the IFA during or prior to a meeting with clients – especially if the case is complex. Here it is critical to plan properly and to consider fully a client's history, current status and future objectives."

"Indeed it is worth remembering that WAY does not currently charge for any of its market leading IHT mitigation trust structures, although we do require IFAs who wish to utilise them to sign a confidentiality agreement," said O’Gorman.

The three most recent recruits are Rod Smith (London), Peter Atkins (South East) and Les Lamb (North East).

"I had been with one of the major UK life offices promoting mainly life bonds to my IFA contacts. But I became aware of WAY's growing influence in the IHT market and with the impending changes – at the time – to CGT particularly, I decided that the opportunity to join WAY was one I had to grasp," said Rod Smith.

Please Note: Whilst WAY can provide guidance to IFAs, it is not authorised to give advice to clients.
